Rose Brudigam with her team of Suzi Tinsley and Holly Howell are an amazing real estate collective. Their dedication to supporting us in the sale of our home was unparalleled. The Buyers who came to us faced challenges... not enough equity in their current home, not enough tenure at their job to qualify for a loan... and Rose worked with each potential Buyer, their Agent and their Broker to develop a purchase plan that would allow the Buyer to achieve their goal of home ownership and allow us, the Sellers, to achieve our goal of meeting our requested price in selling our home and permanent closure on the sale. When we received offers (MULTIPLE!!) Rose sat down with us to sort through the offers and to discuss the pros and cons of accepting each offer. Once we accepted the right offer Rose was diligent in following CA state protocol in dotting the i's and crossing the t's to ensure that our paperwork was completed and filed responsibly. We felt assured that no factor in the sale was neglected or that we would be vulnerable to any post sale legislation because of neglect on the paperwork details of the sale.
