Referral Network Services (RNS) is an independent company that provides individuals with active real estate licenses a way to engage in real estate referrals—and conveniently earn significant extra income.

The Benefits

Low Cost: Because RNS is not associated with the national, state, or local Association of REALTORS, there are no REALTOR Association or Multiple Listing Service (MLS) fees. In addition, you do not have to pay errors and omissions insurance.

Active License Status: Affiliation with RNS keeps your real estate license active so you can be paid referral fees. If you later decide to go into real estate sales, you simply transfer your license.

Extra Income: It’s possible to establish a lucrative side business simply by referring friends, family, and acquaintances with real estate needs to RNS.

Little Work Required: You collect the basic contact information from the client and submit it to us. RNS does the rest.

Who Can Join?

Anyone with an active real estate license in California can transfer their license to RNS.

How The Referral Process Works

Contact our office with the name, address, telephone number, and other relevant information of someone you know who wants to buy or sell real estate, anywhere in the United States, and we will place your referral.

You can place the referral yourself, if you know a sales associate. When the property sells and settles, you will be paid a referral fee.
