Buying a home

When it comes to finding homes for my clients, I don’t understand the meaning of “nine-to-five.” Real estate is not just a job to me — it’s what I love to do. I make it a point to be familiar with the homes that are on the market and I’d enjoy showing you the ones that may be right for you. (I also take pride in having created a team of “no-nonsense” loan agents ready to make it happen!).

I’m a creative, dedicated Realtor, and you can count on me to provide you with an honest evaluation of your home’s value in the current market. An important transaction like selling your home requires consideration, and perhaps reflection, and should be made at one’s own time and pace — without pressure. My goal is to get to know you, and for you to get to know me — my sense of humor, and the way I conduct my business. We’ll both know if it feels right for us to work together.

My background in technology building user-friendly applications, have taught me a great deal on how to identify problems, provide solutions, and create the needed system that’s applicable and friendly to my customers. I now apply those same skills to match my clients’ needs in this world of real estate.
