Karen Karlow represented me and my family not so long ago. I will always remember her for a variety of reasons. It was Karen who approached me and offered the first glimmer of hope that I could be a homeowner. The thought had never occurred to me even though it was a life goal of mine. Places to live in West Marin were very expensive and what Karen did was first pre-qualify me for what kind of home I could afford. We then knew to look in Sonoma Country and I embarked on a journey that was to change my life.
Karen not only found our home, a legal duplex that also helped me qualify, but secured the lender and terms. This in itself all realtors do. What Karen did was so remarkable - throughout the lending negotiations she helped walk us through with much hand holding, and wringing, and finally after the lender was not moving on their promises, Karen literally sat in their office until the paperwork was issued and the loan funded.
She is a truly wonderful person and deeply cares for her clients. I wish her every success. She certainly has affected mine and I will always thank her and appreciate her her caring and dedication.
