Received my real estate license from the State of California in 1987 and Broker's license in 1994.

I completed comprehensive training in the use of the U.S. Government's FHA 203k Home Purchase and Renovation Loan program, and was awarded the 203k Specialist designation.  To meet the current market needs, I also have the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification.

A current member of the Oakland Association of Realtors, I served four years as a Director and two of those years as Treasurer of OAR; and am also a member of the California Association of Realtors and of the National Association of Realtors. 

For over twelve years I served on the boards of non-profit community-based organizations providing housing and social services to low and moderate-income families. I am a past member of the National Ski Patrol System for 18 years and  served as a Peace Corps volunteer in South America, an experience that re-established Spanish as my second language.

My Real Estate Consultant Services include the representation of Sellers or Buyers of: Residential Real Estate, Investment/Income Property and Vacant Land on the east shore of the San Francisco Bay area.  As your consultant, my services begin with the initial consultation, and continue through negotiation and overseeing all the details of the transaction.   In addition to the purchase and sale of real estate, I have assisted clients in special situations such as: small land subdivisions and tax-deferred (1031) exchanges.
