My goal is to take the fear out of buying/selling your home or investment property and allow you to feel confident that your decision advances your life and financial goals. Throughout this economic downturn and recovery, I have helped buyers/sellers/investors successfully navigate the most difficult and complicated real estate markets seen in decades.

I offer over 20 years of experience in: 1) Assessing and defining needs and wishes; 2) Researching and analyzing options, and 3) Solving problems. You will also benefit from my life-long experience living, learning, and working in the California Bay Area. Both my career and personal life focus on serving others. Born in San Francisco and educated at UC Berkeley, I have contributed time, energy, and resources, to higher education, healthcare, and shelters for women and their children. I'm currently a parent volunteer for Beach Elementary School in Piedmont. My favorite accomplishments include: 1) my small daughter, 2) mediating the agreement to create California State's Breast Cancer Research Program; 3) leading a team of Kaiser physicians and computer scientists to design/create a web-based program to support patient care; and 4) serving as a subject, since age 16, in the Department of Labor's National Longitudinal Study, which has provided educators/policy makers/employers priceless information on the educational/training/employment/childcare needs of citizens across the country.
