Congratulations! I think you’ve chosen the best real estate representative in the Bay Area. A year ago, I made the difficult decision to sell my home at 505 Cornell Avenue, Albany. I had lived in and loved the house for nearly 20 years, and I had no idea how to go about selling it. Victoria was recommended to me by a friend, and after a phone conversation, we agreed to meet the next day.

Victoria arrived with her homework done. She had a good idea of what the asking price should be, and was able to explain why that was the right price. She made several practical suggestions to enhance curb appeal. And she reassured me that the house would sell, despite the negative comments of friends who all but laughed at me for putting the house on the market at the absolute low point.

I have been working with Victoria for almost three years in my search for a home in Berkeley, CA.  Subsequently, we have been working together for almost a year to close on a short sale.  I can not say enough about her tenacity, incredible work ethic and kindness throughout this tiresome process.

I am a first time home buyer and was/still feel overwhelmed with the process, especially with all the complications of a short sale and a house with a tenant in it.  I know that she won't make much commission off of this, but she has not treated me any less than any other client.  I think that says a lot about a person if they can treat the smallest person/job like the biggest.  

If you are looking for someone to help you buy or sell a house, especially if you are a first time buyer, I highly recommend working with Victoria.  She also knows EVERYBODY when it comes to inspectors, contractors, plumbers, etc. and was able to get me free or super low-cost reports/work.
