Shannon is a native Bay Area Resident who was born and raised in Alameda, CA.  Prior to Real Estate, Shannon earned a college degree, gained work experience in the travel industry and later in the "high-tech" world.  She eventually moved to the Tri-Valley area in 1998 where she has built a life with her husband and where they have since been raising their 3 children (a young adult son and twin daughters).  Through her children’s schools, sports and other extracurricular activities over the years, Shannon has become well versed with the local community at all levels.  Thus, buyers relocating to the Tri-Valley will benefit from her knowledge and connections.  

Shannon found her "calling" in 2002 when she became licensed to practice Real Estate professionally.  She's  committed to her clients and always puts their needs first, while providing them with the dependability,  resourcefulness and hard work ethic it takes to get the job done!  Her marketing and technology background is  an asset to her clients, as she's a huge advocate for using today’s technology to aid in the home buying and  selling process!  Her #1 top priority is to assist her clients in meeting their real estate goals!
