Thank Goodness for Fran Donohue! She worked tirelessly with our Loan officer to get all of the details wraped up (home loans are crazy right now as so much has changed). Fran took the time to get to know my wife and I and once we were all in sync looking at potential homes became an easy and streamlined process. My wife and I had kind of a crazy schedule and Fran was extremely accommodateing with viewing hours and kept pace with it well. Always with a smile and always ending our phone conversations with "not a problem" or "I'll take care of it".
